For storyboarding and conceptualization I used an online tool – bubbl.us – for brainstorming and diagrams as it is very easy to use, looks good and it’s easy to share it between team members and I found it useful last time I used it for the previous project. But for the first stage as always the best tools turned up to be the old-fashioned pen and paper.
Although I am not a project manager, I always like to prepare my own plan that includes the time I spend on university projects as well as my private life (that is often somehow related to my university life anyway). For planning I like using old-fashioned MSWord. Maybe I should try to find a better, faster tool for planning? For now you can admire the result of my planning in the picture below.
